NOIR began with a simple thought: a coffee house can be more than a stop between plans. It can be the plan. A place with a considered cup, something lovely from the kitchen and the kind of welcome that lets you settle in.
In Downtown Dubai, the pace is always rising. We wanted to create a counterpoint—warm, quietly confident and open from the first morning coffee to the last conversation of the evening.
Our menu brings careful technique together with flavours that feel at home here: saffron, dates, cardamom, pistachio. Nothing complicated for its own sake. Just good ingredients, handled with care.
